View Full Version : HUD not working properly on EU tables of iPoker

I recently moved to iPoker and realized that my HUD functions just fine on $ tables, but does not work properly on EU tables. I have the most recent update and here's what's happening:

As you can see in the screenshot, I've played 7 hands, but the HUD only displays 2. What do I do? :(

rofl my HEM's saying that I lost $220 at a .1/.2 tables in 100 hands LOL

Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Please check this thread to make sure you�ve the correct import folders setup for your site
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1/Information+About+Setting+Up+Poker+Clients

On the import TAB check if there are import errors showing up, if so can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database and see if there is also import errors with that database

If there is please email the original hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_1.12.0.exe
And reimport your handhistories into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

I have exactly the same problem . I tried everything above but didnt help. Can we please set up a teamviewer session?

Update to: Hold'Em Manager Poker Software - Poker Tracking and Analysis Software 1.12.01 (http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_1.12.01.exe)

And reimport your hands into a new database.
Are you playing cash tables or STT/MTTs?
Make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English.

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)
clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Updated to the said version.
Tried new database, still no good.

Still saying that I'm playing like 10/20 lol ... and also not listing hands folded. Only hands that went beyond flop seems to be recorded.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

I didn't see a response to Fozzy's email in our mail system.

And just click on reply to Fozzy's email (not changing the subject line).
