Hi,

I have HM set up so all my folders archive to c:\poker\hmarchive

I do not have archiving disabled

However, that folder does not exist

Where are my archived hands? If they do not exist, is there anyway to extract only the hands from the last 2 months so I can import them to a different database?

Thanks

Please post part of "holdemmanager.config" file - where autoimport list is
this file is in Config folder
also please post screenshot with c:/poker folder opened in windows explorer - in Detail view

Check:
C:\HMArchi ve
C:\poker\hmarchive
C:\poker\hmarchi ve
C:\HMArchive
C:\pok er\hmarchive

for your handhistories.
Also change the archive folder for ALL sites to C:\HMArchive

If none of those folders exist (or they're empty), check the auto import folders if the hands are still in there (and manually move them to C:/HMArchive)

If you still can't find them, run a Windows FILE SEACH on your computer for .txt files or .xml files.

Look like you're still having problems with archiving.

You might want to send an email, they should be able to help you out. Email: support@holdemmanager.com.

Try to do a test archive and sort the searched files to the newest date displayed on top. That should do the trick. http://imagicon.info/cat/10-3/1.gif
