View Full Version : No HUD on some FR FLHE tables at PS

Some tables don't display a HUD on Pokerstars. The TableManager lists them, but counts 0/0 players. Strangely enough, results from these tables are still in the Db/Reports, just no HUD is shown (HandHistories are also moved in the archive folder).
I believe all of the tables with this issue were fast tables, but that could be coincidence.
I have HH's in case you need them.

This problem cropped up today, didn't notice it in the past days and I have made no changes to my System since then (Well, I upgraded HEM today after the problem happend first, didn't help though)

same bug here. Dont know what to do. Only the HUD is missing, hands are imported properly.

same here!! at the replayer of pstars, at the end of the hand, the hud is working LOLLLL at the FR, no limit is ok

fixed by itself, suddenly the hud appears again.

in my HUD some of the stats dont appears instead its written <<doh>>.

Still not showing, with the lastest update

Hi, dunno if it is just me, but the update bugged the graph.. Import works properly, hands do show up in reports but graph is messed up and stuck now (since I updated).

Try reimporting the hands into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

And what is the next step? Does it mean I have to create a new database, start using it and have my hands split into two databases? And in order to see hands and graphs from last months I would have to manually switch between them? That does not sound right, I am probably missing your point. Please, clarify. Thank you very much

Reimport all your old hands into the new database, by running a import from folder on C:/HMArchive.

Thx for helping me.. I started doing that and it is importing all my hands (6mil), which would take ages and consume a lot of my SDD space. Is there a way to get only hands from my latest database (2011)?

I installed the 1.12.0.exe file, but HM still does not show stats at the deep ante tables at PS.

What can I do to fix this?

Another update to fix deep, ante tables will be released later today.

Note: the Insta-Scan on PokerStars will take another 4-5 days to fix. Stars changed the server protocol.
