Hi,

I tried to purchase hold'em manager, but received this message :

Thanks for your recent purchase at holdemmanager.com. Unfortunately, your payment has been flagged by one of our security filters. A representative is examining your transaction and requires the following to proceed with your purchase:

Please contact sales@holdemmanager.net with the physical billing address associated with the credit card used to make this purchase.

I'm not sure i clearly understood what i'm supposed to do : do i just have to send again my physical address, do i need to join a proof of domicile with it, or anything else ?

Email sales@holdemmanager.com with your address. (the address linked to the creditcard)

This happend to me as well. I emailed the given address, and I haven't gotten any response yet. Any idea on how long this might take?
