In HUD options, export any HUD's you changed or made.

Close HM2

delete the prefs file in the config folder in

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7

XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager

Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation

Restart HM2, import the HUD's you exported.

Does this still happen?

What exactly is happening when you get this message? What did you do that causes it?

Do you have a lot of datamined hands?

It always happens when I move my mouse over auto rate icon to try to change it to another one. I can't change it anymore cause this error message shows up immediately

Second part is being worked on today, it should be fixed soon.

For the first, I'm checking with sarek for more info - we might need to do a teamviewer session. I think he's out today and I will be shortly for a few hours.

Export your HUD's in HUD options.

Delete the prefs file in the config folder in

7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: c:\documents and settings\username\appdata\HoldemManager

Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)

Restart

does it happen with the default HUD?

Try importing your HUD's. does it happen?

Hi,

I deleted the prefs file as said, then restart my computer.

It happens again with the default HUD. With my HUD too.
It just takes a few time (something like 5-6 seconds) before the error appears at the first time.

Fozzy suggests:

- Make sure HM2 is closed, and that all HM processes are no longer running in the Task Manager
- Rename (or copy/paste, then delete) your HoldemManager.config file
- Restart HM2 and a new default config file should be created.

XP:
c:\documents and settings\{username}\app data\HoldemManager

7/vista
c:\users\{username}\app data\roaming\HoldemManager

For both, you have to show hidden files:

XP:
Open My Computer or Windows Explorer
Click Tools/Folder Options/File Types
Check Show Hidden Files
Click ok

7/Vista:
Same process, but click organize/Search & Folder Options/View

I do not have a lot of hands about the players. There is the bug with 1000*hands or 1 hand.

There is always the bug after the last manipulation with HoldemManager.config.

what is ,net ? How uninstall

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

If Vista/XP:

2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

Then download 4.0 here - Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17851)

If Windows 7:
1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17851)
