Not if this goes here, if not so someone please move it.
I have the latest version of the program and set everything right but can not get your hands no import to fail. All hands the matter as error and I can not see players or statistics or anything.
Someone may know how to fix the problem ?????

The first thing is to set lobby language to English. Also HHs.
Which site you play on?

The lobby is in English and also Holdem
The rooms are 770, bam diamond.

Create new database and try to import small portions of HHs in it.

Good morning, I have performed the operation that told me to create a new database and import a small sample of hands and the result is the same.

You or I can do, I uninstalled the rooms and reinstalled but still imports hands as erroneous.

This is version 5 (five) as our license dont support teamviewer 6 yet, this is a remote access tool that allows to access your PC to fix the problem.
Once you run the program you should see it creates and ID and Password on the left side. Send those when your ready to do the session.
And set Firewall = off.
Keep in mind: TV password changes every time you run it.
