Duplicate hands mess up stats?

I am currently tracking SNG's and it pretty much nonstop says

"Files imported : 2"
"Hands imported : 2"
"Duplicate Hands: 1"
"Import Erros : 0"

It is importing the hands - but is this going to mess up my stats that HEM tracks against this player or no...?

As long as the hand histories show up fine there shouldnt be a problem, check your auto import folders to make sure everything is correct in there and that there isnt duplicate folders setup etc
