Everything was working fine until I opened HEM when there was no free disk space on disk. HEM started but then when I started import from folder I received IOException (telling theres no free space). So I deleted some files. But since then HEM doesn't start anymore.

I get

The application has encountered an error 0x000001E.

I uninstalled it/reinstalled. Reinstalled .NET Framework 3.5. But with no success.

Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

I installed latest Beta and it starts now.

But I don't want beta stuff.

But have lost my serial number when I uninstalled HEM. Who should I contact to receive them again?

email support@holdemmanager.net for your key, theres nothing in the beta that would fix this issue so id say reverting to 1.08.04 should solve your problems, maybe it didnt install properly last time, its important you close HM before installing any patches

I uninstalled beta and reinstalled 1.08.04 again and it doesn't start.

BTW. When I install beta exe file version is 1.08 same as with 1.08.04. And when You click version information in Add/Remove Programs it says it's 1.07. Both on 1.08.04 and beta.
