View Full Version : How do you delete a Cash Game Entry? How import Ultimate Bet HH?

I finally did OK playing cash games and checked what I had done.
To my surprise the practice games with play chips showed up as a cash game.
I need to delete winnings of over $600 that are showing in cash games in error.
How do you do that?

How do you import Ultimate Bet Hand Histories (HH)?
The tourney numbers are also different than the ones I record.
It's getting very confusing.
I also am not able to get HH from Holdem Manager from any Ultimate Bet
games/hands....works for Full Tilt and Poker Stars, why not Ultimate Bet.

And my same continual problem...how do you keep HUD in proper place
and not moving when playing more than one table....this problem I still
cannot solve.
Hud appears at the wrong positions and when I move them on one table,
all the tables are shifted. A real pain.

Check out the FAQ section on the HEM homepage. There is a couple of solutions, regarding HUD probs for you to check out.

1) Email those play money hands to Roy and well get them banned support@holdemmanager.ner
2) To delete them just load the applicable hands in the hands tab then right click a hand and choose delete all hands in list
3) Im not sure what you mean the numbers are different? Different from what?
4) Please answer these questions for the Hud Issue with UB http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
5) What site is the stats moviing problem for, do you use preferred seating at that site

Morny, thanks for directions...I was able to delete all those play money hands

I'm not using prefered seating and this problem only occurs on Ultimate Bet.

) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
problem only occurs on Ultimate Bet. I also play Full Tilt and Poker Stars but I don't have any HUD problems at those sites.
2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
use Windows XP so does not apply
3)Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

and I looked here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx and followed all instructions. All is set up as required and I still have HUD problems.


4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
C:\Program Files\UltimateBet\HandHistory\STRKINGEAGLE

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
yes

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
no problems with table manager

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
yes--written in English
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
not using Vista

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
1375

tourney numbers are different Morny.

when I register for a tournament I record the tournament number that is listed on the lobby window.

when I go back to Holdem Manager and check the tournament history the tournament numbers are different...even the times are not recorded properly sometimes. In addition the number of tables, players and finished position is usually missing.

So the numbers refer to the tournament ID number. What is shown on Ultimate Bet and what is recorded in Holdem Manager are different....Why?

i use xp and i have to click auto import.
I also play UB and have prefered seating ON and works fine
also have set a few players up on UB the same way and all is good.
are you sure your looking at the UB tour ID# ? it's only 5#s where HHs is like 8

I can't find the correct FAQ for HUD problems on Ultimate Bet.

Morny, I know you're busy, however could
we set a time for a TeamView session sometime
this week (not Tuesday morning...busy)

Still have same problem with Ultimate Bet
and I am clueless on how to fix it.
