ok, after a lot of problems importing hh's from PT2 into HEM, I finally started using the software

however, I encountered 2 problems, playing 6max 50NL on ipoker, and I'm starting to get annoyed because of it

1) I couldn't make notes for every player at the table, I'd guess it worked for ~80% of the players I tried it on, for the other ~20%, the note box wouldn't open, no matter how often I clicked the asterisk

I read a post in the forum today where somebody asked a similar problem, an administrator directed the person to a link with an update, I downloaded the update and installed it (after closing HEM first), I noticed no improvement

2) some of the stats seemed to be way off, like close to impossible

The stats for the session were way higher than the total stats, I noticed this for 3 players, which leads me to believe something might have gone wrong while I was datamining, somehow HEM registered a lot of hands with all percentages close to zero....?

1) Please close down Holdem Manager and go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and look for a file called DEFAULT Main Popup.pop and delete this file and then restart HM and that should solve the note problem and the new update should prevent it from re-occurring.

2) A while back Eyepoker changed their HH format and it took a few days for the datamining software companies to release a fix and even then some people went on mining for weeks without noticing or updating and so hands were been mined incorrectly.

Any hands mined during this period or without the updated miner patch would cause stats to be skewed. Its going to be hard to find the exact dates or which HH but youll need to purge them from your database.
