Cumulative stats not showing up on Stars

Hi guys,

I just got HEM and been using it a couple of days, great software.

Just one issue, I can't seem to get the cumulative stats to show up on the HUD. I've tried double-clicking on the stats box and it changes color to red, but the stats don't change.

Am I doing something wrong?

Is this for tournaments or cash games, what site and is it for you or for all players?
