An error occured while loading the Prefs files:Unexpected end of the file has occured

How should I solve this problem?thank you

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing HUD Prefs file \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml , so HM will rebuild it to default.
3) Start HM and reconfigure your hud.

Before doing this can you please mail us the corrupt prefs.xml file for further analysing? Please mail it with link to this thread to netsrak@holdemmanager.net

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibility tab (for all users).

Hello

I managed to start up hem by reinstaling,but now I have new problem-hud is not showing up.After installing ...fatal 3D 000..notification poped up,I created new database following instruction from posts with same problem,and everything looks fine:hem is importing,table manager is showing,but hud is not appereaning.Any solutions?
p.s.hope u understand my post,english is not my 1st langauge obv. ;)
