How do I send HH's from specific filter?

I need to send approx 25k hands to a friend that is helping me to plug some leaks in my game but I can't figure out how to do this without having to attach the HH file for each individual table. Once I filter for the hands that I want to send, is there a way to to save those HH's to a file without having to dig through each table manually? I know you can copy to the clipboard but I don't think the person I'm sending to will be able to load them into his database if I send like that? Thanks for any help.
