I am trying to troubleshoot some hand histories with errors.

For example I try to import a handhistory file and import screen shows 4 errors.

If I look in C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing

there is a folder called "Logs" it has a file showing 4 hands which had errors. However there is no explanation or reason for the fail. The logs folder simply just lists the hands which had an error and were not imported.

The problem in this example the 4 "error hands" look the same to the 237 imported successfully.

There is also a folder called "Import Errors". Looks promising except no file/log/report has been in updated in almost a month.

summary:
1) import a hand history file
2) import screen shows x errors
3) logs folder shows the x hands which weren't imported
4) "import errors" folder is never updated.

Did HEM turn off error reporting in one of the updates? Is there a way to turn it back on?

I really need to know the REASON why a particular hand failed when importing so I can improve the quality of hands generated (bodog).

Thanks.

Do you have file ImportTraceError.log in the
C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\Logs folder?

Email us a handhistory from the Logs\ folder that imports as an error to support@holdemmanager.com
