50% of hands are missing in reports window, graphs etc..

I have had many problems with auto importing, and the only solution
was that i have to creat new databases all the time. And now i got anither problem

In holdem manager "reports" window: I selected players Magninioh(PS) and Magninioh91(FTP) when i select the players in the reports window about 50% of the hands are missing! no filter! Most of the hands who are missing is from august 01 - 18...

what is wrong?

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)


Run a manual Windows Update and install ALL updates.

create a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager and reimport the hands.
