In reports, after you have chosen the "cash results graph" as your report, go to the bottom left corner of the graph and click the "OPTIONS" button. You will then see a pop-up menu that will give you a choice to "Show Rakeback and Bonuses"

Thats relative to my profit line, i want to see the total amount i have raked on a graph, i.e its always positive, even if my profit line was negative

In reports, add the rake stat and then choose the graph option. This will show you a breakdown of rake across the type of graph. Here is one with my by stakes report:
