I'm naked without my HUD. The automated optimizising has been stuck on one player for 45 minutes. I closed HEM, restarted computer but it just keeps on "optimizing" when I start HEM.

How can I make this stop?

Please... I can not do anything with this program now. It's stuck on that damn player. The player is someone I've never even heard of.

It's urgent. I need to grind a lot to clear my bonus and I cant play.

I'm using 1.08.03

Can you update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe and if the problem persists You can disable this by going into the Holdem Manager\Config folder then right click and choose "New text Document" and name it NoOpt. Next time you launch HM it should skip this process

I was linked to this post from my original post here:

I followed these instructions :

You can disable this by going into the Holdem Manager\Config folder then right click and choose "New text Document" and name it NoOpt. Next time you launch HM it should skip this process

When I re-launched HEM it started optimizing again.

Please advise

I guess its best when we look at your computer:
Please schedule a remote support session with our support manager. Email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so he can setup a Teamviewer session.

Never mind, I got it to work. When making the NoOpt file I chose Rich Text Document instead of Text Document.

It now skips optimizing. Since it isn't optimizing will this cause lag or problems with my DB?

Thanks

Should be no problem. If you experience Lags in the future you can use the file to switch optimization on and off.

Here are some general optimization tips: http://208.109.95.123/forum/showthread.php?p=62613&posted=1#post62613
