View Full Version : hud works at ongame, but not at a specific skin

hud for ongame:
the hud works fine at 2 ongame skins i play, but not at betsafe.
there i have to use the table finder for each sng. which is really annoying when you want to play a large number.

what is causing the problem? i have the latest version.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using
1.11.07

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Betsafe (ongame), 2 other ongame skins work fine

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
yes, hands are importet and table manager is open without finding tables

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
yes
4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
yes
5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
not done, because they import
6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
yes, it works, but annoying when you want to play a lot of sng
7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
yes, client in english too
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I use XP
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
not yet

i now have 1.11.06g again

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

And use the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

i have the latest update. it does NOT work, thats a joke
i have tried everything
it only finds the fucking tables with table finder,
as a sng player thats a joke. thats a BIG disadadvantage to do that every time
and now??? i expect help

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Scott Granneman :: Show Extensions (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
