Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm just not understanding the meaning of it, but in my default_flop popup (and the turn and river ones too) I have a column for "total" to go along with "normal" and "3bet pot". These go with the rows for "continuation bet", "fold to continuation bet", and the like. The weird thing is, it is reporting lower sample sizes for the "total" than "normal"
For example the popup will show:

vs. pfr
--------total-----normal----3bet pot
cbet----75%(12)-60%(15)--40%(5)

I don't see how that makes any sense, so I would appreciate someone explaining it to me.

Thanks

If we take Continuation Bet as an example:

Total = Total Continuation Bet Flop (= flop can be raised / 3 bet / 4 bet, etc.)
Normal = Continuation Bet Flop RAISED POT
3-B = Continuation Bet Flop 3-bet pot

Suppose you C-bet 75% of the time when you raised the pot. And you Cbet 50% of the time in a 3- or 4betted pot.
in 20 hands, you cbet:
9x in a raised pot by you (75% * 12 hands)
2x in a 3bet pot (50% * 4 hands)
2x in a 4bet pot (50% * 4 hands)

Normal: 9 out of 12 hands = 75%
3-B: 2 out of 4 hands = 50%

Total: 13 out of 20 hands = 65%

As you can see the sample sizes (12 vs 4 vs 20 hands) are different for each stat, making it possible the Total % is lower than the Normal %.

Thanks for trying to clarify things, but I'm actually referring to the sample size of the "total" stat being lower, not the % itself. In my hud the sample sizes are brackets next to the % to let me know how reliable the stat is, as in my example above.

I am consulting some other mods on this right now.
