As the headline says, i can't get my import to work. I've tried all the guides available on the internet. Nothing works.

These are the only two i can find:C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\P5JavaClientSettings.DPC

And: C:\Documents and Settings\"brugernavn"\Lokale indstillinger\Application Data\P5

None of the above works.

I've also marked the "show hidden files".

What to do?

Edit: Playing on Scandicpoker/ongame.

For XP: they are usually found at either of the two locations if you cant find the hand histories at either location try contacting ongame support to see where they are storing them.

C:\Documents and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\Local\Application Data\P5\PokerSiteName\handhistory

or

C:\Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientettings\handhistory

Thanks

Read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/13/Ongame_Bwin_BetfairSetup

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

So you can see hidden SYSTEM filse. (not just a regular hidden file)

Then go back to find the handhistory folder. Are the handhistories actually stored in them?
Can you manually import them with a import from file? Do they import as errors?
Do they import just fine, but then the hands don't show up in HM?

I have done all of the above. Ive followed all guides that i can find online, nothing works. If it helps, its on a imac i've installed Win XP. I don't know if that could be the problem. But i can't find anything called handhistory, anywhere. I'm on the brink of buying a new com. :-)

Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

Is XP updated to Service Pack 3
Run a manual Windows Update and install ALL updates.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.
