No Reports

After reformatting my comp and reinstalling everything I get no reports of any kind for any player. Hands are being imported and the HUD is being updated but nothing is showing up int he reports. I have cleared all filters and am looking at all hands. A

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

set time filter to All hands,
set game filter to All games
and manually CLEAR your FILTER (even though it may seem no filter is selected)
