View Full Version : win/loss 5, 10, 20 min stats not working.

hi there.
it seems that the stats for winnings/losses the last 5, 10 or 20 minutes dont work (for both HUD and popups), the values displays zero always.
i recently bought HM, created a new database and reimported all the hands, the other stats seems to be working but those one.

any help will be appreciate it

Are you using 1.08.04 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

yes i am,

it is weird cause the win-rate and winnings stats are working fine.
i will try fixing the db indexes or something, or doanother clean install again later today

reinstalled, removed all the db, an create a new one, import the hands and tourny data(previously exported from HM, and also did a test importing tourny data from PStars tournament history)

maybe i have wrong the stats name, my default_winrate.pop looks like this:

Its working fine for me in 1.08.04, have you UAC disabled? http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If so can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

Finally try creating a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimport a few hands and try and see if it works

i've been upgrading version after version and still this doesnt work for me. did steps 1-10 more than 20 times now
currently using 1.09.17 and still nothing, those especific stats always return zero.

are those stats supposed to work for tourneys?, (pretty sure it was working when i tried the program before, 1.07.*)
