Hello HEM moderator:
I need to clean my computer via re-installing windows. This means that I will need to re-install all of my programs, including HEM. I don't want this to count as one of the two computers that HEM can be installed on, as it's still the same computer. I have no plans to put HEM on a second computer anytime soon, though if this re-installation of Windows doesn't help speed my computer up, then I may need to.
Can you let me know what I need to do to insure that this doesn't count as my second installation, as again, it's still the same computer?
Cheers,
