Problems with EV Calcs

My HEM seems to be failing to calculate All In EV on quite a few hands.For example, the following hand did not alter my EV $ in any way. Is there a problem here?

Can I go back to an old version? I am having nothing but problems with this one. So many hands it just isnt working out the EV on. Just noticed this one. It recognises I am going allin (AI) but there is no percentage being generated.

This is driving me nuts. I used to take solace from seeing my EV as positive. Now I just lose!

Sorry for the delay, Roy is extremely busy trying to get the latest Beta out but ill remind him about this, its quite strange though as noone else seems to be experiencing these issues, are they the original HH or exported hand histories from HM and also from what site?

These are the HHs as copied and pasted from HEM. All on Party Poker.

I had no problems for months, then all of as sudden, I had the FreePHG one....the EV calc one and the HUD stats moving all the time.

These problems all started occuring at roughly the same time.

Could my HEM be corrupt? Would it be best to start again?

If you look at HIS hand, it seems to be missing the "[" before the AK. Is this part of problem?

Something is wrong with the hand history - the other players cards never appear and some other lines are cutoff. If we don't know their cards then we can't calculate EV

This hand history is corrupt as well - it shows you won $70.20 but you put in over $90 which is why HM shows you as losing money on the hand.

You have issues with your hand histories which when fixed will make HM work fine but until then there isn't anything we can do to make the bad hands work.

So what do I do?! Here's another one from yesterday. It happens several times a day.

Is it a problem with FreeHPG? Could it be anything to do with the fact that I unticked "track live hands" in order to get round the recent FreePHG problems?

Could it be anything to do with the fact I have altered the background to be totally black?

I just asked PP to email me a HH from one of the dodgy ones and they sent it in the correct format though i would have expected that.

Its a problem with the original hand histories, if theyre hands you played then the problem is with how Party are writing the hands, if your using something like FPHG to create the hand histories then youll need to contact them as the original HH are corrupt

I am digging a little deeper.

It definitely seems to be a problems with the FreePHG side of things.

What I THINK is happening is that HEM is reading HH from both the FreePHG folders and the PP folders. The PP ones are fine, but sometimes corrupt FreePHG ones get through.

I will ask Juk if tehre is some way I can set it so FreePHG ONLY takes HH from Hands where I am not sat at the table.
