Hi,

I've been using holdem manager for a couple of years, but generally only used it for the HUD. Now I want to track all my results to look deeper into them. This has been fine for STT, but with Multitable STT's and MTT's it never records the data correctly. When you move table it acts like you start a new MTT and previous data goes as an incomplete tournament. On top of that it never records the number of people in each event and rarely records when I cash or win MTT's. I've manually added the data in the past, but now i'm playing alot more MTT's and trying to work out which MTT's are which MTTs is impossible to add the win data.

Also when i review the HH's in either SNGwiz of just hand replayer afterwards it impossible to run through MTT's as HEM has saved 6-7+ HH files. In stars i could go in and put them together in notepad if I can work out which MTT is which MTT, but this is a pain in the ass. On iPoker where i'm playing quite heavily I can't do this as it saves only in an XML format.

I really want to rely on HEM, but without this it's difficult to know whether it's missing MTT data. It's fine for STT's, but i want to record the lot or not bother.

Help?!

THanks in advance,
Deeve

Stars: You have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+

Then import them manually to HM.

Stars now supports the automatic writing of summaries: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/441/Poker+Stars+Tournament+Summary+Setup

IPoker: this is an open issue caused by the way Ipoker writes the handhistories. We have no solution or workaround for it.
