View Full Version : Goalwin Hand History Problems

Hey, I'm having problems inputting my hand histories on the GoalWin client (ongame). I have followed the HEM folder import instructions, but there is no "hand history" files after p5 (admin>app data>local>p5>goalwin- then no HH file) I feel like I'm supposed to tick a box somewhere in the client but can't find it for the life of me.

The Ongame skins changed the path some weeks ago. See the 2nd path in our FAQ: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/13/Ongame+-+Bwin+-+Betfair+Setup

I tried to find that path, but I could only go from Users--> p5javasettings with no "morny" in sight. Where the hell is Morny?!?? :)

You need to use your username instead of Morny

I think he got it sorted out already.

Hey, actually I haven't gotten it sorted out.

I enter the exact C:\Users\Morny\P5JavaClientSettings\ path except for morny use administrator, but the hands are not recorded. Is there a place to save HHs in the goalwin client?

Also, in the first path, I can get all the way to "P5" but beyond that is a folder that says goalwin ->(then) logs, not "handhistory".

It might help to know that I'm running the programs via parallels coherence mode on an imac computer with the most recent operating system.

Which Windows version are you using?

Check the: C:\Users\&your username%\P5JavaClientSettings\ folder

I still had the hide protected operating system files box checked. Bit, I'm still not importing any hands. The location you gave me, C:\Users\&your username%\P5JavaClientSettings\ folder (with administrator) has been selected and the folder is called "DPC". I'm using windows 7, in parallels. I used my roommates copy of the CD to install though, so my version hasn't been 'activated' yet, is this the problem?

That should not be a problem. Please check the folder while you are playing. Are hands appearing?
Hint: you need to play real money hands.

If the files are written can you import them manually via import file?

I'm playing real money hands :) and I don't think the files are being written to my computer. At this point can we schedule a quick sscreen share so you can just go over everything "standard" and we can try to figure out what the problem is?

Hi,
HM2 seems not to be able to import any hands from goalwin ita.
with HM1 everything works perfectly.
auto-import folders, hud everything. With HM 2 it won't import any hands I play, neither will it import saved hands on my HD.
What could be the problem?
just bought HM2 a couple of days ago, sure would like to use it.

Check your region/language settings.
Either set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States).



Or in the HM2 settings, change the default settings to your language settings.

this is with HM2, with HM1 import works fine
