Hi there,

So I've already got the pro version of HEM, and today I received the license code for the omaha version. While trying to clear the code I receive an error with 5 steps I should follow.

The first 3 steps were no problem, but now Im unable to find the holdemmanager.exe.Idat file.

I know there are already some people with the same problem as I have, and also some topics on that. But everytime the only option was a so called
'teamviewer' session and I have no idea what that means, lol.

So if there is another solution to this problem, thank you very much.

In Vista

1) Go to Windows Control Panel – Folder Options and then go to step 2 below

In XP

1) In windows explorer click on the Tools Menu and selection Options and then go to step 2 below

2) Click View Tab
3) Uncheck the “Hide protected operating system files” and then press ok
4) Look in your Holdem Manager folder and you should see a file named holdemmanager.exe.ldat – delete it
5) Relaunch HM

I already did that. That was step 1-3 when the error popped up. Step 4 was deleting that file, but I cant seem to find it. Can't I just delete the whole thing HEM, and then installate again ?
