View Full Version : Can't Setup my Hero Name

I followed every instruction to install HM but I am not able to enter my "screen client name" : it just doesn't give anything. Nothing appears in the big white window.
So the problem occurs between Step 6 and Step 7 of the Quick Start Users Guide.

Yes (at least i guess so, i followed the instructions on the site).

Ok manually import a few hands via the import TAB in HM, when you import them it will say

x files imported
x hands import
x import errors
x duplicates

What does it say when you import these hands?

Ok, I guess you pointed out the problem.

It says:

Imported 1 files.
Files imported: 1 of 1
Hands imported: 0 Hands/s: 0.0/s
Duplicate Hands: 0
Import Errors: 0

1)This is the trial version of 1.08.04
2) a. I'm playing on Full Tilt Poker

3) I have followed every instructions, from creating a folder in the FTP lobby to save every hand played to configuring the Auto Import with that folder.
4) I checked and the hands are correctly saved in the right folder.
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\Sea R Hill
5) When I click Filter>Clear it says "You have not selected a player to run this report against."
5)a. I've created a new database but it doesn't work better.
6) I haven't try the Table Scanner yet.
7) No
8) I don't use Vista.
9) Don't understand the question.

7) If you open the hand history files, are they written in English? Note that they should be.


You say No then this is the problem, its discussed how to change it to english in the first step of the full tilt FAQ http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/?f=142
