my hud used to work well @ prima but for 2 days now it only imports ~ first 10 hands than stopps... :(

cud the new update be a reason for it?

(still works fine @ all other sites)

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Try creating a new database.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

updated everything.. using windows 7...

it always worked till now...

its now working fine for the first ~20 hands but then its stuck still :(

Try this:
close Prima
go to folder where Prima pokerclient is installed and find there file named
gamehistory.dat - Prima saves HHs in it
move this file to archive - when client starts again, it will create new empty file.

Hi, I just started playing at Ladbrokes. HEM is importing the hands I am playing, but the HUD is not working at all. No data displayed on the table.

I have the latest version and play a lot on other sites.

Also tried the suggestions listed in this thread.

Have not inquired about a Teamviewer session yet.
