HEM window wont show

Just recently having this problem,

When i open up HEM the window pops up for registering and loading then when that goes away to go to the main window w/ all my options and what not that window does not appear. The task bar has HEM in it and i will click on it and it willshow that it has that window activated but it is not appearing anywhere on my screen. I try to minimize then maximize and all that and nothing. This occured after i was having an issue where i couldnt view it unless it was maximized. What can i do to fix this thanks for any help. i looked in the help and forums and didnt see this problem

Please try reinstalling HM Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

And if the problem persists then its most likely a firewall/antivirus blocking it from loading so please completely uninstall them (disabling usually dosent work so youll need to completely uninstall then) and then try running it again

I did all you said, once i d/led it again and didnt have the old config in it worked fine. when i copied over my old config it did the same problem again

ok this time stop at step 8 but youll need to reconfigure your hud since it seems to be corrupt
