Scanner on Poker Stars

Inasmuch as May 31, the potential cutoff date of the free Table Scanner, is near, we'd like to clarify the status of the Scanner on Poker Stars. When I scan the tables at my limit of $0.10/$0.25, the program shows 3 tables scanned out of 9 tables full in the lobby. Is this a general problem that will be solved or am I doing something wrong?
We have:
*clear fonts disabled in Internet tools
*running Stars and HEM as administrator
*setting client side checked
*no custom firewalls
*HEM version 1.08.04
*tables sorted by stakes
