View Full Version : Did not receive license code yet (+- 30hours after payment)

I have made an transaction about 30 hours before making this thread, the ransaction was made on the same e-mail that this forum account is linked to.

How can it be that I still did not receive any license code so far?

Obviously i should e-mail support@holdemmanager.com to get a answer to this, but when I try to e-mail i get this message:

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients


Pleae help me forward, because I want to play with HUD!

Same problem here, my trial was finished, I bought the program using my visa card, payment was confirmed but I'm not receiving a key. Mailed to sales@holdemmanager.net (don't mail support!) but no answer, just an automated mail telling me they received my question. This is b*llshit, I have to stop grinding now until I receive my key....

I just received my key :) As said before, you should maile sales and not support.
