WTF Holdem Manager

WTF is happening. Today i tryed to start holdem manager and it couldnt connect to Postgres so i went through how to sort tht out at one stage uninstalling postgress. Then i couldnt re-install it so i was like WTF. I just uninstalled holdem manger as i fort there might be a problem with it now i re-installed holdem manger its not able to activate it.

i keep following the steps in FAQ ID # 177 but when installing it gets close to the end then it comes up with an error saying:

''user 'postgres' could not be created. The user account already exists.!''

then it just rolls back the installation. What can i do about this?
