since 2 days I allways get import errors when playing on 888poker (pacific).
DB management says DB is ok.
the played tournament is created but incorrectly recognized as freeroll instead of SnG 2.75, 5.5, 21.4$ buyin.
no hands at all are recognized.

using HM 1.11.07b

Georg

EDIT/CORRECTION: errors described using < version 1.11.07b
with 1.11.07b: hands are recognized again, but buyin, rake, finish position and winnings are missing.

888 writes no tourney summaries so you need to edit the data manually under tourney -> results -> dataview.

sorry. you're wrong.
I've prooff of more than 300 tournaments in my TOURNEY->REsults->Data View: Buyin, finish position $won Winnings etc was allways correct and automatically filled by HM, since 17.8.2011 this stopped.
the update to 1.11.07b corrected the handimport again, but not the above data...

Try reimporting the handhistories into a new database.
Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

Email us the handhistory of a game if that doesn't resolve it to support@holdemmanager.com

It was possibly a corrupt database. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created).

We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/418/Backup+%26+Restore

This is a new feature and there are some compatibility issues with it so if you have any problems you can do this manually by following the instructions below:

Manual database backup/restore via pgadmin - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/72/Backup+%26+Restore+Database

To backup everything manually for reimport.

Export your Hand Histories
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands

Export Your Notes
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg

Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback – Options > Rakeback & Bonuses http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/rakeback-bonuses-01.jpg

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/tourney-data-view-01.jpg

Then can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database

If you play a site like stars/ftp you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney histories/results.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/119/Warning:+You+have+XXX+Hand+History+Files+in+your+A uto+Import+Folders

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
