Import doesnt work at stars

i play at ftp, party poker and stars, everything works fine, but not at stars. since a couple of days the hud are frozen and no hands import to hm, the problems are only at stars, the months before everything works perfect.
can somebody help?

Are the hands appearing in the stars folder?

if so is HM set to auto import from this folder?

Are the hands importing if you run a report in HM?

If not if you manually import some stars hands do they import

If it still isnt importing can you attach a hand that wont import
