View Full Version : HUD not visible in Mikogo Session...

When coaching for some reason I can't see my student's HUD although it works fine for them on there end. I'm using the last latest version of Mikogo fwiw. Is this a setting in either HEM or Mikogo? It used to work in the past with earlier versions of Mikogo and HEM so I don't know what has changed.

And there might be a similar setting in Mikogo you need to turn on.

Good to know about Camtasia... But there is no similar setting in Mikogo. There is one setting: "Disable Windows Aero Effect" which is selected, but I have no idea what it is.. There are really very few settings..

Try using an older version of Mikogo, or use Teamviewer.

Mikogo doesn't really let you go back.. Their website doesn't have to old version anymore..
Is this not a common problem? I assumed it didn't work for anyone as I've had several people tell me the same thing.

We stopped using Mikogo a long time ago (HM has a Teamviewer license for support) so I don't know, is this is a recent Mikogo issue, or it can be fixed by changing a simple setting on your computer.

Did you try to turn on: hud options--> table preferences--> lock the layout?
