I installed HM on my laptop, everything runs fine and I'm even able to launch HM the first time and use it mornally. But as soon as I turn it off and try to relaunch it, I get the error message:

Xenocode Virtual Appliance Runtime

There has been an error starting this virtual appliance. Error code: 0x00E1

(that was exactly how the error message appeared)

Revelant information:
-I activated HM as PC # 2
-I extracted the setup file using winrar and then installed it using the "Holdem Manager Setup Project" program. I just clicked next and didn't make any changes during the installation.

Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

so the HM will only work the first time I open it up, after I close it once, it won't boot up the second time.

For step one, do you want me to copy the config file when the HM is working (while HM is still running and before I close it down for the first time) or do you want me to used the config file after it has already stop working?

Also, when instaling HM, do you want me to use the "SETUP" file or the "Holdem Manager Setup Project" file.

THanks of the reply.

Close HM before starting step 1 and the setup file is fine
