reformatted my HDD...do I lose one of my two licenses now?

Hi!

I am wondering if when I reformat my HDD I will lose one of my licenses for HEM. Can I provide my MAC address to reinstate one of my licences. I don't see why I should lose a license because my computer crashed on me. Any one know who to contact?

You don't lose you license,it may have to be re-issued by "Morny" but if you saved your #serial# and st-up file you might not even need that.

oh thank you. It worked fine actually. So happy that somebody responded too. Now I have to figure out how to get my HUD to display properly. Its such a mess right now.

Just make sure you follow the newbie guide to letter when setting up,also if you watch the video supplied.
