ERROR: 58P01 could not access status of transaction 3774832652

Did backup and restore to new database per FAQ instructions and no error message but no data either zero players zero everything. HELP I can't bare the thought of losing all my data. Thanks.

Fixed- Created new database with most recent backup from before error message and then downloaded all hands since that backup from archive folder manually and backed up new uncorrupted database.
