When mouse is moved over a list box, like the ones in Reports/Hands/Sessions tabs, CPU usage for the HEM thread peaks to 100 %. Same happens when a tool tip is displayed on the Graphs tab.

In the Graphs tab it seems like the tool tip is being constantly re-created, as it flickers a lot.

Tool tips were removed months ago so you most likely have a rally old version, please update http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

I dont think we need to do a TeamViewer session, the bug is pretty much self explanatory... if I move the mouse cursor over ANY "list box" (like the ones in Reports tab displaying Hands, $ won, bb/100 etc) CPU usage for HEM thread goes to 100%. Normally you wouldn't notice this because on dual/quad core processors it only hogs one core and the O/S will still run smoothly. On single core processors, however, everything slows down.

Can somebody please verify if this happens for other people also (I don't see why it wouldn't)?

Ok, I tried some stuff. Here's couple of guys with similar problems:

I'm using Vista. The problem doesn't occur if Aero is switched off. With Aero on, and mouse cursor on the list box component, HEM for some reason is redrawing it over and over again for no reason, thus causing the CPU usage spike. With Aero off, the CPU usage goes up only if mouse is moved rapidly over the list box.

It's probably not on the top of the priority list, but it would be nice to see this fixed anyways...

Yeah, were going to rebuild the current grid which should eliminate these kind of issues
