I Followed the instructions on "http://blogs.holdemmanager.com/poker-software-reports-hm2-has-you-covered/"
After done this I wanted to check the reports but HM2 gave the message "no hands found".
The filter setting was "this year" (correct but..)..to be sure I wanted to change the filter settings to "all data". HM crashed as soon as I changed the filter setting.
Restarting HM- same issue
Re-installing HM2- same issue
I checked the session tab..all hands still there (phew)
Now what?
