was playing on everleaf and viewed a hand history by clicking on it in the last 3 pots . spotted the errors initially an dthen more after looking closely

the window does not show the 3 players shown down cards was the first error i saw.shown in the first picture20611

window doesn't scroll when notes are typed in either

the hand was actually a three way showdown and the one player (donkonmyleft) is missing from the action on the turn and river


2+2 format data still missing on turn and river

We will want to get the original hand if at all possible. Email this file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Please 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org) the file before attaching it, as sometimes text files can become corrupted as attachments.


All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

You can check the details under the Hand Importing > Auto Import Folders menu.
