so im familiar with how to work pokertracker but got HEM for someone else because i heard it was a lot better. so far all that has happened is i want to cut someone's head off because it has been nothing but frustrating. apparently i am capable of beating a 100/200 poker game but not operating a poker program that i bought for someone to play 25NL on. please help me before i kill myself.

how do i make stats show up under the correct player and how do i make it so the stats arent just randomly flying all over the place after i move them?

Also, make sure that you use http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.01t.exe

Coach me how to beat 25nl and I'll fix your problem :)

Seriously, start with one table, disable the multi-panel option and make sure you have the name selected in the player prefs. Use the right mouse button to drag the stats to the right place. If you want to use multi-panels concentrate on getting one seat right and the rest should be OK too.

i have the update.

"If the Table Manager isnt already loaded go to Hud Options > Relaunch HUD. If this dosent work check in the task tray where the clock is for a spade icon and click to maximise it and if all that fails go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ and open the hmHud.exe file."

doesnt solve the problem

"Also make sure that both holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are running as administrator if you’re using Vista. To do this close down Holdem Manager and the HUD and right click each .exe file and go to properties and look on the second tab to run as administrator if your using VISTA."

i am using vista. for both .exe files the "run as administrator" is greyed out

with the table layout i am using i am always fixed to the bottom middle seat in a 6max ftp game (i guess this is seat 3). the stats are always randomly off by 1, 2 or 3 seats in my experience. im guessing that if i didnt have it set to put me in the same seat every time the stats would show up correctly? maybe i only need to make the hud recognize that i have set a preferred seat? it still doesnt work whether i have seating preferences at "-" or "3" which are the only 2 options on HEM for ftp though.

mikechops: what do you mean "make sure you have the name selected in the player prefs"? i dont see an option to pick a player name in player preferences but i have her alias selected as hero under "setup hero names"

i feel like this is probably a really easy problem to fix so im feeling mildly retarded that im apparently incapable of accomplishing this simple task.

I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but I can confirm that auto center is seat 3. So you want to set it to that in the seating preferences.

If you attempted to move panels in the past maybe they are simply saved in the wrong position now. I think you could try deleting the pospref.txt (pospref2.txt for multiple panels) in /holdem manager/config folder and then restart HM to restore the default positions for Full Tilt.

Apart from that you can move the panels to the correct seat with right click + drag (ctrl right click for multiple panels).

Clueless as to why the "run as admin" would be greyed out though, must be some vista setting im unaware of.

As SMF said you need to setup preferred seating, heres a detailed guide on setting up FTP which includes the preferred seating: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=142

Also i suspect that your Hud is running if your stats are showing in the wrong place then the table manager is already running. Theres a screenshot of the table manager here: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=54

So if this is visible or the stats are already appearing the table manager is running and so you dont need to do all them steps i.e

However if there is still a problem email me and ill have a look via teamviewer or something morny@holdemmanager.net

Some sections on this might be useful aswell if your trying to get to grips with HM:
