HUD doesn't start up on anonymous tables at Microgaming/Prima - 2240

As for the regular tables hud starts just fine but I have to manually attach it via table finder for anonymous ones at Unibet.
On the HM1 hands are importing and hud is showing up as usual.
My HM2 is configured the same way as HM1:
a) same import folder (w no subfolders)
b) same site time as HM1 (although HM2 auto-detects it as value "2", but I've put in "0", the same I use on HM1 because otherwise the sessions are 2 hours further in time. e.g. I start at 22:00, it shows 24:00). I've tried both values and they seem irrelevant on hud behavior and only applicable for correct session timing.

Hands are importing fine in the active sessions window and show p in reports

Is there a reason why HM2 can't attach hud to the anonymous tables automatically? If there is, I hope it will be fixed soon.

Only my opinion but whats the point of a HUD at those tables, if someone leaves and someone else joins, or if u change seats etc

Try moving your microgaming gamehistory.dat folder from the c:\microgaming\poker\{sitename}\ folder and restarted the client.

The table manager can't pick up the full/correct name or the size of the table, only shows the right name when i click table finder.

Strange, i think this was working before.

Just looking at the screenshot of the table manager at Unibet i can see where the problem is, this happened to HM1 a few months ago.

Microgaming changed all the tables names and HM2 can't work on any of this tables, it only works with the old tables. Unfortunately the only old tables that last are at NL2c. And yes i tested.

Anyway, there is a huge thread about this somewhere in the forum.

FYI, if you test this at Unibet from NL2 to NL50 it will work (besides anon tables) because they have their own tables with "normal" names.

3 tables. nl2, nl50 and nl100. Every one of this tables already have a couple hands imported, as you can see, but only the nl2 tables shows the HUD.

So what you're saying is the newer tables microgaming has added and the anonymous tables do not work?

But the older ones leftover still do work?

I do not see 2nl tables on unibet at all. How do you get them to show?

How do I find the new tables?

If it's a type of table that is the issue, then we can get the information with:

1) Screenshot of the table

2) Screenshot of the sessions tab

3) Screenshot of the screen you get after running this program and attaching it to the table like you would table finder:

If you email those with a link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com then we can figure out why they do not attach, but I do not know how to find the tables that are not working. Every non-anonymous table I sit at, the hud comes up immediately.

- The NL2 tables show in the three view as "Begginers", but Unibet doesn't have them.

- The old ones still works yes. Unibet have them up to NL50, rest of the network only at NL2.

- The new tables are there since few months ago, HM fixed that a few months ago. I already paste the thread with that.


Are you using what skin and stake to test this? Unibet? Below NL100? I guess it right?

After i do all that, just sit at a Hijack tables at NL100 and tell me if you get a HUD.
