can´t install postgreSQL

I can´t initialize database cluster when I am installing postgreSQL.
After creating my account and password it just says "secondary logon service is not running" and I can´t get any further than this...

Please help me I am at this and really understand much...

Goto Start > Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services and scroll to secondary login services and click on start
