2 days ago i started a topic about winamax.fr. http://forums.holdemmanager.com/poker-site-support/109171-winamax-fr-only-import-errors.html
I couldnt get it to work no matter what i did after the advice of hm support. One of those was trying postrgres 8.4. I used the combo installer, while i already had the latest version of HM on my computer. My whole database is lost now and all my settings are gone.

So i reimported my hands, from the archiving map mostly. At 110k out of 140k files it stopped importing and after 1hr of waiting i decided to close the program. Restarted a little while later, but it didnt found the 30k files that it was supposed to import. I see now that i have close to 20k players missing in my database compared to the old, what looks like especially from the last 4 months.

Also, now im not importing any hands at all anymore. Reconfigured auto import files and checked if they arrive in the right map. TableManager sees the tables, but nothing happens.

Questions:
Can i get my notes / settings back in any way?
How do i get all the hands that i had? What happened to the import when it got stuck and then did'nt find the hands anymore?
How do i get HM working again?

Would really appreciate the help, mega-tilt atm. Tks in advance

You need to restore your original postgresql database. Its database folder is probably saved under c:\program files\postgresql.
Please check this before trying anything else.
If you see a backup folder there or an older data folder uninstall Postgresql 8.4 again and reinstall your original postgresql version (download from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org) if required) following this FAQ: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/71/Reinstall+PostgreSQL+Preserving+Old+Database
