Hi I never had this issue before. Whats happening now is that when open first 2 tables or 3, the Hud stats work. but when i open other tables, the stats dont change at all, (vpip, prf, # hands).. other HUD stats like last pot won, change. and im keeping an eye on the bodog hand grabber and it is saving the hands being played out. Also yesterday there was 1 person in the table that i was not getting any of his stats. everyoen else in the tables stats are changing but his is nothing.. infact there isnt even a HUD thats blank..

please help

Can you Please export your hands from the old database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands into the new database and see if they update

If not make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 and finally if the problem still persists Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work (its important to test fully here to rule out a corrupt config file)
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

hi thanks for quick respond. just now getting around it. i have tried your first suggestion about export and importing. and im getting this error message, right after that it says complete and when i look into the folder where it exported the hands its empty. the error message is says "an Error Reading the Hand Historeis: ERROR: XX01: invalid page header in block 633 of relation :pokerhands"" I have not yet tried other suggestions maybe there is a solution to this error. also the stats only work in some rooms n not others.

Ok well that confirms it is a corruption in the database, if you can export the hands just create a new database and reimport your archived hands instead of exporting the hands, hopefully you have all your hands archived

hi... when you say archived thats something i have to do right? to where it will just keep the stats but with out the hand details?? if so i have not done that =X because i didnt think i had to yet since i still had plenty of memory. and im a little confuse, you said for me to export my hands and create a new data and import them back in rather than exporting the hands. so when guessing i will do now is

1. archived existing hands.
2. export the hands (which gave me error message. will me doing archived fix this?)
3. create new database by following these instructions right?

Can you Please export your hands from the old database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173 then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands into the new database and see if they update

in when i create new database ill just need to rename different to existing one. and click on use as default.???

also one last thing

how do i archive my existing hands.. is it the vacuum analyze database?? or send me the link on how to do it.

and about my hands being archived.. I don't have that box clicked when u configure auto imports that says "disable archiving"

Yes this is correct, dont worry about archiving if you can export hands from the old database then that method will work fine

As long as disable archiving is not ticked then your hands are being archived so thats fine too as its done automatically. If go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folder > and click edit and it will show you the folder its archiving to
