I seem to have a lot of the old HH formats from AP/UB in my database and exported file. But when I go to my Archive file they are not there.I have been trying to organize my HHs into one folder, and I know HM has all the data, but I also use Popopop re player and to have dig around multiple folders to use it doesn't make much sense. So I guess what I'm asking is; are the old HH formats no longer supported,or is there another reason why HM would not place them in my archive along with all my other hands?
The folders I am referring to where folders created by HM for export before upgrading my Beta.I no longer have any beta I have V.1.08.04
I just want to be able to get all HHs in one spot and sorted nice like HM does now,and be able to easily find/recognize,table/tour,date etc,,so I can easily switch between HM re player and Popopop.

Well its probably that you hadnt archiving setup in the older versions as it wasnt cumpolsary then. So the simplest thing is to export your entire database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 then this will export ever single hand in your entire database. Then you can delete any current archive files and put the exported hands in a new folder called preMay20th and any new HH will be archived. This way if your database ever dies then you just export that folder and all your hands will be recovered

I have exported all my hands and am READY to deleted my archive, but spent sooo much time organizing this archive, not that willing to let it go! I want all my HHs to be organized the way HM does it now = mm/dd/yy with the sub folders.
If I re-import this last data base that I have will it come out organized by date of table/tour? Rather then by date last modified! DATE LAST MODIFIED DOES ME NO JUSTICE.
Please tell me how to put a screan shot before I do this!

The image left of course is what I want my Archives to look like.
But every time I have re-imported a data base the right image is what I get.
And I do NOT want my HHs stored like this.
But after any re import this is what I get, I know I'm a neewb for PCs or HM but please help.

HM uses the time the hands are processed to sort the archive so if its for hands you export their all going to be grouped together, there isnt much you can do about this. Obviously going forward any future hands will be segregated and sorted by date but if you want to do this with older hands then youll need to do it manually.
