View Full Version : HUD will not display stats!!

I cannot get my HUD to display stats, the table finder shows the tables and occasionally, when i play 1 table the stats do show. Not sure what to do, have been through all the help links, the folders match up, the hands are being saved where they should be.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Same problem my hud stats won't display at all...friend tried helping me who also owns holdem manager...I need admin to teamviewer me and see what the problem is...I don't understand why there is no support #.

got it working but now my stats are all over the place, this software is not easy to configure imo

If your using preferred seating on the site you play then you need to configure the preferred seating settings in HM to match, see this thread for more details http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=96

Also if your using preferred seating turn off the WYSIWYG in Hud Options > Table Preferences

If your not using preferred seating then make sure "fix my stats position" in hud options > player preferences is unticked.

I presume youve read the manual/faqs on configuring HM and that you know you can move stats by right clicking and dragging them

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using i.e 1.06.04 Beta 12 (not the latest Version)?

Latest version 1.08.04

If you dont have the latest version then go to the releases forum http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=11 download the newest version and test if the problem still exists

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site? Just FTP

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button? Yes

3) We Have detailed FAQ's that explain how to set it up for each site, its often 1 setting or 1 box not been ticked that causes the problem so follow these FAQs exactly and aknowledge that it is setup as per the FAQ: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewtopic.aspx?topicid=36

4) Check to see if the Hand Histories are showing up in the correct folder. Go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders and check the location of the folder HM checks for the Hand Histories. Then while playing go to that folder on your PC and see if new Hand Histories that correspond to the tables your playing are showing up. This is not relevant where the site uses a database like on Ongame or Prima.

Yea going to right folder.


4a) If the Hand Historys are not showing up in the folder then go back to the FAQ, they should show how to check the settings in the lobby to configure the poker site to save the Hand History and make sure its sending the Hand Histories to the correct location. Contact your poker site if your unsure to find out where you can set the location of the hand histories to save to.

5) So by now you should have confirmed in answering each question that you have setup the folders correctly and the hands are appearing in the correct folder. Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

All I know is that when I hit auto import it keeps giving me errors

http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=129 If you play a couple of hands and then go to the Reports TAB in Holdem Manager, then go to Filter > Clear and for the date filter choose today. Do the hands import successfully that you just played? NO

5a) If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders but there not importing into the database please create a new database and try importing some hands http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 to test if its a corrupt database?

Teamviewer session IMO.

6) Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=54

pops up doesnt show any tables.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English, they should be btw? YES

8) Make sure UAC is disabled. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 and untick it and restart if it is

9) Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. If youve extensions off youll just see a file called holdemmanager. To attach it to a thread look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and youll see a manage attachments button, just click this and attach the file.

Please...I've explained before I'm not very technical with all this stuff...my friend set up holdem manager for me before I had no idea what he did...it just worked...but I had to upgrade to this version and now the HUD doesn't work.

Everything else seems ok.

Could I please just get a teamviewer session.

If you follow this it should solve the problem, sounds like the database is corrupt so just creating a new one will solve the problem

Problem solved. Yes was a corrupt database. Fabio gave a teamviewer session today and took care of everything...now I can get back on the grind. If there is some sort of positive feedback form to fill out I give him the highest score.

I am using Ultimate Bet. I got as far as checking to see where my database is comeing from. I need to configure my autoimport folders. It looks as though UB is saving my HH in there own database. I have to manually download my HH straight from UB. How do I configure to save my HH right into my computer. when I go to ny HH from UB it shows the path UltimateBet>>HandHistory. HM say it has found no new files to add. Thats how I get to my hands. They arent coming from my documents or anything. I am in the first few days of the trial and would like to get the bugs worked out before I plop down the cash!

Youll need to contact UB, they should be saving to that folder, im not aware of an option to stop it saving to the hard drive. While your playing check that folder and see if they are saving there?
