Hi,
I found a problem with Ongame with table scanner whereby its importing the player names incorrectly and thus cannot find the players stats.
I tested both goalwin and betsafe both are the same.
Some examples are :
Player name bluffer028 is shown as bluffe28 in table scanner.
Player name tanthor77 is shown tantho7 as in table scanner.
Player name cherryking is shown chering as in table scanner.
I have attached a screenshot showing the difference in scanned name and real name.
